Sian Morson has spent her career championing community and championing diversity. But she’s also a technologist who has spent over a decade leveraging tech to have a cultural impact. Founded in 2010, her mobile design agency, Kollective, has built apps with millions of downloads. Now in web3, she’s helped Palm NFT Studio and Cool Cats turn groundbreaking technology into tools with genuine impact and community.

With venture capital, Neal Stephenson’s Magic Leap, and her own media outlet, The BlkChain, on her CV, she speaks to Leo Nasskau about which technologies matter most, elevating diverse voices in web3, how to turn new tech into long-lasting culture.

Our favourite quote? “There’s a real sense of belonging. Communities are invested in the success of a project, and they want to co-create.”
