An actor, poet, producer, and composer, Laurence Fuller is part of a community of artists carving out space for poetry in web3.

A Heath Ledger scholar, Laurence was a rising star in Los Angeles before moving into web3, as an actor and in the art world. But his true passion is spoken word poetry, and NFTs have opened the door to new waves and new forms of creativity. Combining his own animation, compositions, and spoken word, Laurence reimagines existing poems and tells his own stories.

The poet, highly active on Tezos as well as Ethereum, sat down with Leo Nasskau for a broad discussion around web3 culture and his projects in the space, building the poetry community in web3, and collaborations with the likes of Val Kilmer.

Our favourite quote? "What is essentially pleasurable to the human eyes and ears will never change, but the ways of telling those stories absolutely is changing every day.”
